Heute vor 28 Jahren: 14. Juli 1990 in Paris - Une Ville en Concert

Am 14. Juli 1990 war ich in Paris: 7:00 Uhr Morgens: Blauer Himmel, In der Sonne leuchtet die Kirche Sacre Ceur neben uns, der Blick geht über die Stadt ... und zum ersten mal mit eigenen Augen sehen: heraus ragt der Eiffelturm. Mit einem Blick spüre und erfasse die Struktur der Stadt: Wir brauchen heute keinen Stadtplan mehr. Gegen Mittag: Avenue Champs d' Elyssee nahe der alten Oper: Militärparade: Panzer rollen durch die Stadt. Fremdenlegion marschiert in Richtung Arc de Trioumph und Avenue Charles de Gaulle. Im Tiefflug ziehen drei Mirage die Farben der Trikolore an den blauen Himmel. Es herrscht eine sehr fröhliche und seltsam leichte befreiende Stimmung. Im Eiltempo berauschen wir uns an einer Stadt die wie keine zweite das beste in Europa sichtbar macht: Die Insel in der Seine auf der Paris lange vor Julius Cäsar vor über 2000 Jahren seinen Anfang nahm und die Kathedrale Notre Dame. Der Louvre und die Glas-Pyramide davor. Pont Neuf. Der Platz der Eintracht wo das...

Gestern war der 14. Juli 2018 Als Stichtag Grund mal drei Städte und drei Zeiten in meinem Leben zu vergleichen: Tief im Westen - Mein zu Hause, mein Herz, meine Seele Tief im Osten - Hure Babylon?
